Overall, it's alright. However, the website indicated that GPS was free with a deposit, but at the counter, it was $25 per day. Eventually, we upgraded to an Audi Q5 with built-in navigation for $36 per day. Other than that, everything was fine as it's a big rental company. The rental and return process was smooth.

However, the pickup and drop-off locations from QEEQ were very unclear. Nobody could accurately tell me the exact location. I suggest adding pictures and more detailed instructions.
Additionally, regarding local traffic fines, I recommend that QEEQ provides assistance or directly handles these. This is one of the most important services from an agent. QEEQ is essentially an agent or intermediary, but many things I had to handle directly with third parties. I signed the contract with QEEQ, so I feel like QEEQ is trying to avoid responsibility.
They didn't provide the reserved model. I booked a Yaris, but got an i30 instead. No special explanation, but I accepted it. Overall, it went smoothly.
