With QEEQ, self-driving around the world is convenient

1. The reserved car (Jeep Compass) was not available, and they replaced it with a BUICK ENCORE, which is not even in the same class. 2. Had to upgrade to a Nissan Armarda due to necessity, 12-day rental cost (¥3009 $267), very high fuel consumption AVG15.7 (miles per gallon), which converts to 14.93 liters per 100 kilometers in domestic terms, drove a total of 5000 kilometers, and the fuel cost was 800 dollars. 3. The car rental company has a poor rating, less than 2 stars in the US, but 8.7 domestically, deceiving people. 4. The company name 'Daole' suits them well, they only care about money.

The rental costs are not explained clearly, the charges are ambiguous, and they couldn't provide the specific model I requested. The parking lot had no good cars and did not match what I saw on the website.

The staff at the pickup facility were great. The only problem was a 2.5-hour wait due to high-volume of people on vacation for a holiday weekend. The management could have done a better job anticipating demand.

Paying for my rewards?!? Really, who wants to pay for a rewards program?

They were amazing at Denver Airport location. Treated us like we were long time Dollar customers. So great at making us well informed and happy. Certainly the go to rental company. I find it hard to understand any negative reviews about Dollar Car Rental at the Denver Airport location.
