Overall experience was good, convenient and fast, short waiting time for car return.

The person who served me was an African American, and his attitude was nice. But, there was a language barrier as he spoke very fast, and many people were waiting.

I had paid for full insurance and the clerk didn't show any insurance and I paid for everything at the time of reservation and the clerk also didn't show any payment, I tried showing the clerk my email confirmation but the clerk didn't want to see it and told me she didn't show any of that information in her system.

They over charge us. We booked for $59.22 including all fees and taxes and they charged us $100. They told us that the price when we book it is jus an estimate. This never happened to me before and I rent car with other agencies 3 to 4 times a year

Dislike: Charged a higher price than quoted.
