Paid for a Mercedes but got a Ford with 100,000 kilometers. The next day, when I discovered it via email, Zuzuche said it had to be handled on my own, which I understand as they are just a platform with no authority. Since I signed it myself, they completely ignored my emails.

This rental location is clearly more popular than a few other brands, so there was a long wait to pick up the car. The staff were very friendly and explained every step and precaution clearly.

The car rental location at Munich Airport was easy to find, and the staff were professional. There was no upselling, and I even got a free upgrade on the car model, which left a good impression. The drop-off location near Munich Central Station was less impressive, mainly because there was no staff present during business hours. The office was locked, so I had to use the self-service option, which delayed me for nearly an hour while communicating with QEEQ customer service to find a parking spot.
