Poor service. When we returned the car, we showed them the penalty ticket and asked if anything needed to be done. They said there was no problem, but later they brought up the ticket again and charged a service fee without helping to resolve it. I've never seen such a terrible company.
The store is located next to a busy street, you need to pick up the car from a nearby underground parking lot. They have staff to assist you, which is quite convenient.
The rental process in Madrid was straightforward. In Barcelona, the return inspection was stricter, likely because the return and billing reviews are handled separately. The return team thoroughly checks the vehicle's exterior regardless of the insurance type the customer has purchased.
The car had some passive damage without evidence, thankfully I bought full insurance. When returning the car, I filled out a report and explained the situation in English. The insurance covered it, so I didn't have to pay. The return process was very quick.
