the drop off location is hard to be found especially now when road work is in process exactly on the right lane. Also the drop off sign is obstructed by other signs. is impossible to be seen from 200-300m. I was forced to pay a parking ticket of 3£ just because I got lost in parking area. Also I need to double check if the car has any marks... I don't think that a customer can be a damage insurance agent or whatever. Apart of that everything was good and stuff was really helpful.

I had insurance still they insisted on buying insurance at the desk, which was expensive. They said the insurance which I have got from easyrentcars.com is not easy to claim in case of any issue.

2 weeks after my trip, some "admin fees" have been charged on my credit card. However all the fees were supposed to be included when I dropp off the car (tank was full, no dammage etc...)
