Ups and Downs, but a Happy Ending

The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.

Poor service and bad experience affected my trip mood. The rental company is run by a Chinese, small in scale and ground. During the return, we had to move our stuff three times from the car. The road to Twelve Apostles Hotel was not very good, some mud splashed on the back of the car. The rental company insisted we wash it. They said we could use their water to wash it ourselves, but they claimed several cars were waiting for a wash, and directed us to a nearby self-service car wash which cost 11 AUD after waiting. Strongly not recommended. If possible, definitely use a larger chain rental company.

Very good attitude

Like: The car itself was OK; picking-up the car was not OK due to incorrect information provided by Easyrentcars.
Dislike: The information about pick-up and drop-off provided by Easyrentcars was not correct. It was difficult to understand over the phone correct information when you are in the airport with all announcements, crying children etc. Had to phone three times to get all needed information.

Like: Just to spend time with family.
Dislike: Hot one day,cool the next.
