Had a blast, looking forward to the next trip

Picking up the car was very convenient, but even though I arrived in Los Angeles very early, I still had to return it early the next day. It would be more considerate if there was a 1-2 hour grace period. Also, I was charged an extra $7 after returning the car for some unknown reason.

There were unexpected charges during the rental. As we had just arrived in the USA, we hadn't activated our phone service yet. By the time we contacted the rental platform, it was past the one-day communication window due to the time difference. About a month after returning the car, additional unexplained charges of around a thousand dollars appeared.

It's normal to wait in line for an hour. There are too few staff and the order processing efficiency is extremely low!

No Chinese service. The staff is overly persistent in upselling insurance, which is uncomfortable.

The staff was responsible and patient in helping us select a vehicle, but they constantly tried to sell us a full tank of gas and road assistance, which was quite annoying!
