When we arrived at Dollar, the staff kept pushing us to add options and extra charges, claiming they were necessary. We felt helpless in a foreign place, and I think QEEQ is unreliable in this aspect.
The attitude was mediocre, and they tried to upsell me on additional costs. The main issue was that I booked a Chevrolet Suburban, but they gave me a much smaller Chevrolet Tahoe. When we raised our concerns, the DOLLAR staff said expressionlessly that they didn't have any Suburbans! It's frustrating to deal with such a situation.
