The process was very slow, and they didn’t accompany me to inspect the car. They just handed me the key. I had to run back and forth taking pictures to show them the existing damages.
At the Vienna airport, the lady at the car rental counter was very friendly and patient with her explanations, which put me at ease. The car return was at a downtown location, and you can find a clearly marked garage entrance via navigation. Everything went smoothly.
