The process was very slow, and they didn’t accompany me to inspect the car. They just handed me the key. I had to run back and forth taking pictures to show them the existing damages.

The charges were significantly higher than the listed prices on the platform. The cross-border fee was 45 euros, after-hours pickup fee (e.g., after 9 PM) was 59.39 euros, and an additional driver cost 80 euros. None of these were clearly disclosed during the paperwork process at the counter. After returning the car, the final invoice was 200 euros more than the platform indicated!
