Terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional AVIS station at JFK. I will never use it again. People waiting over an hour at 11PM after trans-Atlantic flights, tired, indifferent employees who couldn't care less. Shameful.

No complaints at all, everything was as described . Well done.
Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, so we called QEEQ to request holding our reservation. We quickly received confirmation that it was held. Thank you! It was very convenient to reach the car rental company from the airport terminal by following the instructions to take the shuttle train. The rental office is right at the ground floor where the train stops. The car was pretty new and had just been washed when we picked it up, which was very considerate. The Ford SUV was easy to drive and in excellent condition. The trunk had enough space for three large suitcases. Returning the car was very easy; we simply handed it over at the parking lot, where a staff member inspected it and gave us a receipt. The only downside was that the wait to pick up the car was nearly one hour long.
The AVIS staff were extremely overbearing. They forced me to settle and withheld my car without informing me or getting my permission.
