The staff were very nice and helpful. We booked a Corolla hatchback, and the staff offered to upgrade us to a sedan for free. However, since it was just my wife and me, the space was sufficient and we preferred the hatchback, so we politely declined the offer.

Easy pick-up, good vehicle condition

The pickup location is a bit far, but the on-site staff, although few, are quite efficient and the procedures are simple.

The entire process was simple and clear.

The wait for the shuttle at the airport took a bit too long. However, everything else was quite smooth and efficient, both for picking up and dropping off the car. The car was very new and even had a rearview camera. It was a perfect car rental experience, and I'll choose it again when I go to New Zealand.
