Very satisfied

The shuttle service from the airport was great. The driver was very friendly and helped with the luggage. They even provided discount coupons. The lady at the counter was also nice. We used the discount to upgrade the vehicle, and the return process with full insurance was very fast.

The car was very new, with only over 500 miles on it. The condition was excellent.

The car was a bit subpar, but everything else was great.
