カウンターのスタッフがとても親切で保険についても色々と教えてもらい、とても助かりました。前回、thriftyで借りた時は、カウンターのスタッフに保険についてだまされたので、やはりちゃんとした会社で借りないとダメだと思いました

値段が安く、手続きも簡単なので とても気に入っています。

Super concept de « price drop protector » mais nous n’avons pas pu en bénéficier car le montant de la location n’a pas baissé. A retester une prochaine fois :)

実際に借りた車はチェロキーではなく、フォード エクスプローラだった。 受付時にバウチャーを見せても、最初からやり直しみたいな感じだった。 少し値上がりということになった。 ただし、実際は荷物が多かった為、よい結果となった。

値下げプロテクターは作動したが、結果は希望したの車は無く、受付でまた最初から車を決め直ししたので、支払いはずいぶん高くなってしまった。 乗り心地が良かったので、同行者達にはウケが良かった。

The car rental company staff was very casual when giving us the car, telling us to just pick any Jeep from a bunch. They didn't hand over a specific car with the keys, which I think is very irresponsible. The car had issues that were not noted on any form! Additionally, the car's system malfunctioned! The electronic key wouldn't open the car, and using the manual key triggered the alarm. With the help of locals, we waited for five hours for roadside assistance!

The rental process is simple, the vehicle is in good condition, the service attitude is good, and exchanging cars is convenient.

Brand new car rented in few minutes! Everything was easy, clear and ready when we arrived at the airport!

They have charged me an extra USD230 which I am still trying to have refunded!

Very satisfied. The service was excellent and the efficiency was high. Our flight was at 6:15 AM, and the car rental office opened at 5:15 AM. We were a bit worried and even considered returning the car the day before and taking a taxi to the airport the next day. However, the staff assured us that it wouldn’t affect our schedule. As it turned out, the car rental service was very efficient.

ミニクーパーのオープンカーを予約し楽しみにしてたのですが、当日行くとミニクーパーは無いと言われGM車かマスタングから選べとかなりショックでした。 支払い時も現地の税金など聞いてないカテゴリが追加されて1万くらい高くて丁度デポジット分くらいだったのでデポジットから引かれるかと思ったら引かれず返却時に係員に聞いても契約書通りだからと言われ時間通りに返したのに早く返したから5ドル引いとくと言われただけでした。 色々と謎が多かったでので気持ちよくはなかったです。 車の使い方など係員に聞いてもあまりわかってなく色々触りまくって自分で分かったレベルでした。 以前借りたナショナルではこんな事なかったので今回の店がダメだったのかもしれないと思いました。 車もどれも傷だらけのボコボコばかりで海外なので気にはしませんでしたが、初めて借りるのであれば衝撃だと思います。 完全に今回の選んだ店はハズレでした。
