Convenient airport pickup, car in great condition.

Efficient service, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient.

British English is quite difficult to understand. The pickup and return point is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the terminal. However, the snow chains cost an additional 5 dollars per day, and we didn't use them at all. I thought they were provided for free when booking.
