It was okay. However, they didn't inform me in advance that the car was different from what I rented. Also, the screen couldn't sync the navigation, which was a bit inconvenient.
The staff was terrible, charged a lot of extra fees, repeatedly confirmed it was a deposit that would be returned upon car return, but in the end, was inexplicably charged a lot of fees! Very bad service, the first part of the rental with Hertz was very good.
There were over twenty people in line, and only one person was working. I don't know what the others were doing in the office, but at the very least, they need to ensure the counter service. The service attitude was okay, but the unexplained charges were very confusing. I was charged a deposit twice, paid the rental fee in advance, and was unexpectedly charged again when returning the car. They said the deposit and charges would be refunded within two business days, but there has been no news. Make sure to purchase third-party liability insurance before booking, otherwise, you won't be able to pick up the car.
