Before renting the car, I saw many negative reviews and was very worried about being pushed to buy insurance or upgrade the car. However, when I went to pick up the car, an Australian lady helped me with the procedures. She was very patient and detailed, didn't try to sell any products, and even upgraded my car for free. Amazing!

There might have been communication issues between the rental car platform and HERTZ. At the store, the staff kept pushing additional insurance on me, even though I had already paid for full insurance online. The HERTZ staff just kept shaking their head, saying they couldn't see it. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't argue and ended up buying extra insurance. So, don't just focus on so-called big brand stores and their so-called low prices. Always clarify everything, or you might waste money.

Pretty good, convenient to pick up the car and quick to drop off. But Melbourne closes at 6 PM, which is really too early. I'm envious of Melbourne's lifestyle.

Returning the car is very convenient, basically just park the car and you can leave.
