Slow! It took me 50 minutes to pick up the car! They said the tank wasn't full, went to get gas, said it would take 10 minutes, came back after 20 minutes and the tank still wasn't full! The location is unclear, and the staff's English is terrible!
Despite booking early, there were no Mercedes C-Class cars available, and there was no option to upgrade to a higher class car even with extra payment. Reluctantly, I had to accept a Passat with a small refund.
The car provided was downgraded, and they didn't inform me proactively. I was almost deceived.
