The condition of the car was surprisingly new.

I booked a Holden Swagon and got an almost brand new Dodge. The staff was very quick and the service was quite good.

Arrived at the rental location earlier than the reserved time. The staff allowed us to pick up the car earlier, but the return time had to be adjusted accordingly. They asked if we needed insurance, and did not push further after we declined. Noticed a noticeable scratch on the car's rear upon pickup, which was then marked on the pick-up form by the staff.
