I rented a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe or equal. When I came there they wanted to give me a Jeep Renegade (which is absolutely not equal). Aside of it was standing a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe, so I said: 'I rented that one want to have that one'. The lady said, that is another type of Hyundai Grand Santa Fe (which was not true) so you need to pay extra. I paid extra and took it. But in fact I paid double for a car I already hired. Discount should really improve on the pick-up process! We waited over 30 minutes to be picked up at Montreal airport (they promise the shuttle is every 20 minutes) worrying nobody would come because the number you call is only an automated message. The car wasn't ready and wasn't cleaned properly although we were about an hour late to pick it up due to airport and pick up shuttle delay. We were luckier on drop-off though!

Like: Great car, fast service
Dislike: The shuttle driver at the return was going to leave even for his route even though he saw us. I had to convince him that I was ready to go (inspection done and all). Too bad that one person with lack of customer service was the last thing I remembered from this car rental.
