In the City

Everything else was great, with large vehicles for pick-up and drop-off, and the service was excellent! However, when we returned the car, we discovered that our child's safety seat had not been secured for the entire duration. When we picked up the car, they said they would install the safety seat for us, so we assumed it was done. But during the return, we realized it was just placed on the seat without being secured. We didn't double-check, but luckily the trip was safe.

The company is run by Chinese people and provides explanations in Chinese throughout the process. The location for night drop-off is hard to find, causing a delay. Because we were 3 minutes late, an extra 5 hours of rental fee, $25, was charged. This price is much higher than the one we booked on Zuzuche, which feels a bit unfair.

The staff were extremely friendly, and even after returning the car, they still answered my questions.

Pick-up was very smooth, no queues.

The customer service at YESAWAY is the best I've ever experienced in the rental industry. They were eager to help me get where I needed to go, and even ordered rideshares to ensure I made my flight.
