First, the front desk staff were impatient and not friendly. Poor service.
Second, I asked for a car with more space at pickup and tried to communicate this several times, but the front desk refused. Another thumbs down.
Third, I reluctantly took the car. Upon inspection, I found a small dent on the rear bumper, took a photo, and informed the front desk staff who told me it was fine and didn't note it. When returning the car (which had no incidents during use), the staff blamed us for the dent. Even after showing the pickup photos, they ignored our explanation and recorded it as our fault. Thumbs down again.
There was no problem with the agreed-upon full tank policy, but there was no gas station within 10 kilometers of the pickup location, making it impossible to refuel. This led to high refueling and service fees, which felt like a rip-off.
