I booked a larger vehicle, Toyota Venture, but they only gave me a Hyundai H1 at the store! The crucial issue is that the rear seats can't be folded! We had seven people and couldn't fit all our luggage.

The car was very old, with high mileage and no additional features. It's just a car, so don't expect too much. Overall, the service was good.

Excellent service! I extended the rental by 10 days without any upfront payment. They let me drive first and only charged me when I was leaving. The guy was very nice and even gave me a discount. No inspection at return, and my deposit was refunded the next day. Very satisfied, will rent from them again next time. They also upgraded my car.
