Poor service attitude

Renting and returning the car was very convenient. The car was in good condition and performed well over 3000 kilometers with no issues. Although there were additional insurance sales pitches, I declined them. There are a few things I was not satisfied with: 1. There were very few models in the same category. I couldn't find the Nissan brand I booked and had only two similar cars to choose from. 2. The child safety seat rental was too expensive, $78 for 15 days, much higher than the $30-50 quote I got from customer service earlier.
