The front desk service was warm and patient.

The service was very good. There weren't many people during the pandemic, so picking up the car was very quick.

Picked up the car at the AVIS central train station location. Not only was the staff extremely rude, but we had reserved a 7-seat Ford Explorer and they first said the car we booked was unavailable and gave us a compact KIA instead. According to the policy, they should have provided us with a Chevrolet Traverse of similar class, but the staff insisted we pay an extra $35 per day. This is ridiculous! After that, they confidently informed us that it was a 'pick up empty, return empty' fuel policy, which is very inconvenient and costly for travelers. We used to trust AVIS, but we will never choose AVIS again.

Not bad. The service is quite good.
