When picking up and returning the car, it was the same Thai woman, a plump lady who spoke Chinese. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant, made me want to slap her. Everything else was fine.
The car rental company provided a vehicle with old tires. Despite normal use without any collision, they forcefully deducted a 3000 fee from me for tire wear without my consent, calling it vehicle wear and tear.
A very convenient car rental experience, just at the exit, with simple procedures. By the time the paperwork was done, the car was already waiting outside. The inspection process was thorough, with the staff pointing out small scratches I hadn't noticed and suggesting to take photos for record. Great service! Returning the car took just a minute, making it a highly efficient and pleasant rental experience. Extremely satisfied!
Honestly, it doesn't feel as convenient as the previous off-airport location. The current store is too small. Returning the car is also less convenient. It used to be easy to find the store, but now with returns at the airport, not being familiar with the area, I circled around several times before finding the drop-off point.
