They added accidental insurance without informing me, which is very unreasonable! The experience was terrible.

The girl at the San Francisco counter was really pushing for insurance, and even called a Chinese staff member to explain it to us. It wasted a lot of our time. Also, both times we chose a two-door car, but they only had four-door cars available at the counter. Quite disappointing.

Robust system

It's alright, fairly satisfied. I would choose them again if I have the chance.

Picking up the car in San Francisco was very convenient, possibly because it was early and there were no queues. Chrysler's Town and Country has immense space; it fit our group of 5 people, 5 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases. Truly an American car—big!
