1. The car rental company informed us to wait for the shuttle bus at Ibiza Airport P3 parking lot. After waiting for an hour, we found out that the location had been changed to P1 parking lot without any notification, ruining our plans.
2. When we finally reached P1 parking lot, there were no staff present. Passengers rushed to board the shuttle bus as soon as it arrived, causing disorder with no sense of queue or order, regardless of how long people had been waiting.
Too many people, long queues, similar to getting a license, and the service is poor. The staff have bad attitudes and are impatient!
