Although the rental policy stated that the car should be returned with a full tank, this was not the case. The fuel gauge showed two bars less than full when picking up the car. While I was told to return it with the same fuel level, it is difficult for renters who are unfamiliar with the car’s fuel consumption. Usually, the car gets returned with a full tank, which is unfair to renters.

The service attitude was quite good. The staff were very patient and kept smiling, but they were a bit rigid and not very easy to talk to.

The chic car counter is inside the domestic airport which is not clearly stated during booking (only stated "in terminal", and i had to ask around before I'm directed to domestic. I suggest there is agent from chic car wait for customer at arrival international airport and bring to caunter. Because we dont know the caunter located at domestic airport.

Since i’m booking for Toyota Yaris but it’s turn out to be Nissan Almera when i go to get the car ..so i’m a litle disappoint. however, the car is new and working normally, so it’s ok
