This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. Since I didn't buy insurance when renting, the company accused me of causing a dent in the car door upon return. Without providing any proof, they directly charged me 13,000 lira, which is about 3,500 RMB. It took a month of complaints through the rental platform to get 2,000 RMB back. The rental company is truly deceiving, with no regard for after-sales service or customer rights. With the pre-authorization on my credit card, they could charge any amount they wanted. The after-sales service attitude was simply atrocious!
