They could not provide the vehicle as per the contract and transferred us to AVIS, promising to refund any extra costs. In reality, we incurred significant losses and the other party did not offer any compensation.
When we arrived at the rental location, we were told there were no automatic cars available and were directed to rent on-site from another car company. After extensive negotiations, we were instructed to go to the airport to pick up the car ourselves. Upon arrival, we were further delayed and charged an extra 69 euros for airport parking. Overall, the service was inefficient, the staff were rude, and the experience was unreliable.
The car provided by the company initially had no trunk space, but we had booked a car with a large trunk. We coordinated with AVIS to get a replacement. The car was very dirty when we first received it. After requesting a clean-up, it was much better. Overall, the experience was quite convenient.
The service was excellent. Since there were no C-class cars available, they upgraded me to a Land Rover.
