A very good car rental company

It was okay, but the store clerk's attitude was average. They almost made me buy extra insurance. Good thing I carefully read the contract, otherwise, I would have been scammed due to my poor English.

This is probably the most regrettable experience with this rental company. I booked an SUV for more space, but they gave me a small sports car, totally not what I asked for.

Various scams. An Indian guy said I had to buy the insurance and refused to listen when I said no. He even refused to take a call from our Chinese coordinator! Eventually, he left the counter and hid. A woman came over to tell us our car was too small and suggested we upgrade to a bigger one. I said no, we need to resolve this issue. She replied, if you want to resolve it, find the guy from before because it's not my problem!

There is a free shuttle bus right outside the airport that takes you directly to the rental company. The service is very considerate.
