The staff at the store don't speak English, which made communication quite difficult. The pick-up and drop-off process took a long time and was inefficient, but the car was in good condition, and there was no upselling.
Had to wait a long time to pick up the car, and there was no one at the counter. After completing the paperwork, went to the parking lot but couldn't find the car easily, had to walk a long way. Hope this can be improved.
As a local car rental company, their attitude is great. Picking up and returning the car at the airport was very convenient. During the vehicle inspection, they proactively pointed out any scratches and suggested taking photos.
They took advantage of us not knowing Turkish and charged us extra fees.
