Just like buying goods, when money is paid, service should be provided. If the service is not received, shouldn't the money be returned to the customer?

Our family traveled to Europe for a month. We rented a car in Amsterdam and returned it in Paris. The car was in great condition throughout the journey, and the staff were very friendly. It was a very enjoyable trip.

This was my first time renting a car abroad. The rental office at the airport had separate entrances and exits, which made returning the car a bit confusing. I hope they can provide clearer diagrams.
