The pickup point had no English assistance and no insurance terms were explained. Despite buying insurance domestically, we were forced to purchase it again there. No one explained the coverage and there were no written terms. Unlike major companies with counters inside the airport, we had to walk a long distance to find a shuttle with no signs or directions. It took us over an hour to find it while dragging our luggage. The drop-off location had no signs, the process was complicated, and it took us 3 hours to find the underground parking. If you don't speak Spanish, avoid this company and choose an international one.
It was good overall. Had to queue for about ten minutes before picking up the car, during which they briefly pitched some extra services. When returning the car, they barely checked its exterior condition. It's true that only Visa or Mastercard chip cards are acceptable; I ended up using a UK debit card to collect the car. (Debit cards might incur currency conversion fees.)
The wait time for picking up the car was very long (more than an hour in line). The staff lacked patience and demonstrated poor service attitude. The car provided was old and had over 83,000 kilometers on it. When the car broke down, Rent-A-Car customer service said the car was new, which was incorrect. After driving about 30 kilometers and parking, the battery wouldn't charge and the car wouldn't start. It broke down in the parking lot. I called the car rental company, and it took more than 2 hours for the rescue vehicle to arrive. I requested a replacement vehicle, and they provided a car with significant damage to the right rear door. There were better-conditioned cars available in the parking lot, but they chose to give me the damaged one as a replacement. This impacted my travel plans, and the rental company did not offer any compensation or a satisfactory replacement. This rental experience was very poor!

Booked a Focus or similar was offered to upgrade free to a Crossland X, took the offer and the car was great, bit small to be honest but can't fault Centauro on this occasion, car was almost new, new car smell so all good.
Everything went smoothly and as expected. No complaints.
