Firstly, it's very difficult to find the pickup location on the 1st floor, and the drop-off is on the 10th floor. Moreover, the promised 30-60 days deposit refund took much longer. I had to contact the rental car customer service to get it back, and I was told it would take 7-14 days after 10 days of continuous follow-up. Ultimately, it seems the deposit refund might take up to 90 days. This car rental company is completely unreliable. Terrible service. As of now, I still haven't received the deposit back since I returned the car on August 14th.

We arrived an hour late to pick up the car, and the store had no cars left, so we had to wait for an hour for a car to be brought over. The car had high mileage and poor condition, with the generator warning light on. The store staff said it was fine to drive. We asked for a replacement, but they said none was available. We had no choice but to use this car.

The kind of thorough checks they do while dropping the vehicle, it is not done that way while handing over the vehicle. This annoying me bit. Other suggestion.. They should provide the toll top up card for easy top up. Unnecessarily, I had to buy a new card. Otherwise it is fine.
