I like their staff! This is the second time I visit here. I book cars every weekend in Boston. I just like their staff and service.

Price keep raising

Service staff was fast and professional. Pick up with smooth with no extra questions asked and no upsell. They took a credit card for holding charge, but other than that, it was take the keys and go.

Simple to use and most importantly, app & website were both fast and very clear about what we were paying for. Customer service is top notch and responds almost immediately.

Fantastic experience! And I advised my representative that I may possibly have the use of a family member car which could shorten my rental period, and she fully explained how that would impact my pricing. When that did occur and I brought back the vehicle early, I was completely satisfied!
