Had to wait in line for a long time, and they skipped our number when calling. We had to re-queue, and when it was finally our turn, they said it wasn't time to pick up the car.
The rental cost did not match the amount shown at drop-off, being about 30 euros higher. The actual charge was significantly higher than shown at drop-off, around 40 euros more, which was very disappointing.
The staff was not very friendly and did not clearly explain the location
