The location is easy to find. We rented the car at Melbourne Southern Cross and returned it at Sydney International Airport. Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth.
The tank was not full when picking up the car, but the company claimed it was. Returned the car less than an hour late, even though I called ahead, they still charged an extra day! Terrible!
The pick-up office location wasn’t clear and so took 30 mins walking around southern cross station to find. EuropeCar office had one person and a huge queue and it wasn’t clear in the booking process that insurance wasn’t through europecar.
Like: In melbourne visiting my son and needed a car with plenty of space to pick up shopping for new apartment. Easy booking on the website and easy pick up. Allowed us to return the car to a different location closer to our accommodation. Dislike: A little slow at pick up due to only 1 staff member on duty.
