I reserved a Toyota RAV4, but was given a SsangYong instead. The car was much smaller, less fuel-efficient, and clearly not the same class as the RAV4. When picking up and returning the car, I noticed other customers also did not receive their reserved models and were given lower-class cars. This company attracts Chinese tourists with competitive prices but deliberately provides lower-class vehicles. I strongly recommend that rental car platforms ban such companies.
The pickup process is painfully slow - all data need to be typed in manually while you wait, this is so silly. I hope they improve it some day!
