When returning the car, it was full of gas. Since I didn't want to go to the gas station, I paid cash at the branch. However, I don't know why 2109.23 Thai Baht was deducted from my credit card (it should have been 1800 Thai Baht). This amount was deducted automatically from my credit card in the afternoon after returning the car. Due to the language barrier, I didn't ask much. Everything else was okay, except for the deposit of 40,000 Thai Baht, which still hasn't been refunded. It doesn't seem necessary to hold such a large amount. Also, I had a local person call to communicate, and they seemed to promise an immediate refund. Overall, everything was fine, but the deposit process is taking too long. It's still not refunded!
Picked up the car at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok. The service attitude of Budget Car Rental was excellent. After showing the pick-up slip, the procedures were completed immediately, and within a few minutes the car was brought to the airport entrance. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vehicle; a Mitsubishi Pajero with over sixty thousand kilometers is considered new.
Very simple and quick. The car was in great condition. I got a hybrid vehicle, which was very fuel-efficient.
