The store is quite far from the airport, and the shuttle bus to the airport only runs 5 times a day, which is not very convenient. Abell is a small company; one afternoon in Queenstown, the car wouldn't start, and I called the rental company for half an hour with no response. I had to ask the police for help eventually. Later, I finally got in touch with the rental company, and they said there was no branch in Queenstown, so no replacement car was available. However, there's a nice Chinese guy at their Christchurch branch.
The contract with Zuzuche clearly stated an automatic car with air conditioning, but in reality, it was a manual car with no air conditioning.
