From the time of car pickup to the return, the staff were not proactive. I had to call multiple times to find out the location for the car handover. I contacted them via WeChat a day or two before departure, but received no response.
As a tourist from Hong Kong, it was convenient that the staff could speak Mandarin and Cantonese. The vehicles were new and clean, and the staff were polite. The process for both picking up and returning the car was quick. They also provided useful tips for driving on the road. I will definitely rent from them again next time.
Like: Always inform them whether you're gonna be in klia1 or klia2. I did and it was easy. Directions was clear, process was easy.
