The front desk reception was very welcoming.

The pick-up location in Zagreb is not far from the long-distance bus station, situated under a small hotel. It felt dubious at first, with such a big company having an office there, but it's legitimate. The staff were very thorough, and the car was parked in a nearby lot. Returning the car at Zagreb Airport was convenient. The inspection staff were extremely keen, quickly spotting any scratches and setting the compensation price, which felt like a money grab. However, the process was efficient and the staff were polite.

The pick up location does not have an enterprise sign outside so very hard to find. The drop Off location should be at the airport not in another location

Long wait at airport but the staff were very helpful. Car was great.
