We originally rented a Highlander but were given a front-wheel-drive GMC instead. The power was weak and the car was heavy. The Rockies require snow tires from October 1st, and we rented the car on the 28th without any warning from the rental company. As a result, we got stuck in Banff for a long time due to heavy snow and slipping while going uphill.

Having a bunch of car keys that can't be separated is very inconvenient, especially with multiple drivers. They find ways to charge more, and adding multiple drivers costs over 100 yuan extra per day.
