Pickup and return were very convenient! However, they didn't explain how to pay the toll fees. A $1 toll ended up costing $25 in processing fees each time, which was a bit annoying.
The store promoted full insurance. Since it was my first time renting a car in the US, I bought the full insurance for 2 days due to concerns about accidents. However, the store didn't explain how to check for violations or how to pay for them.
The first car I've got was broken.
Give them a credit they fond replacement car fast enough.
At the end got an additional 12% charge for... they are not sure for what.
Apparently they don't list all charges on the quote.
BE ADVISED!!!!!!!
