This rental experience was very unsatisfactory compared to previous ones. Your company requires the renter to be the sole driver. If additional insurance is not purchased, my husband is not allowed to drive! I only used my name to pay for the car online, but I am not the driver! Therefore, I am very dissatisfied! Other companies such as National, Yesaway, and Chic Car Rent do not have such requirements or extra named driver fees. So, I will not rent from Europcar again in the future.

Good car, clean, but walk far to pick up a car location also when you return a car

The car was in great condition. The counter staff and the staff that handover the car was friendly and professional.

This booking platform is excellent. I had to drop off the car earlier and had used the online chat feature via this app, the customer service was very prompt to make arrangements for me.

We waited around 20 minutes to get a car upon pick-up. It might be a miscommunication between counter staff and pick-up staff.
