The efficiency was very low. Despite no queue, we were made to wait for an hour. There was no service at all, and the staff were unfriendly. After returning the car, we were charged two small fees, each less than 60 dirhams. The experience was very poor. We picked up the car half full and were asked to return it with a full tank, and it had been cleaned beforehand. We were inexplicably charged two small fees. Don't be lured by the cheaper prices; the subsequent strange charges add up to more than other international car rental companies.
Even after returning home, I received notifications of charges. Due to an incorrect date format, one charge failed, so I immediately called the bank to report my card lost. Ultimately, I was charged twice after returning home and am currently disputing these charges through my bank.
When returning the car, the staff said the driver's seat was dirty and we had to pay for it. But it was already like that when we rented it. Since the staff member at pickup wasn't the same person when we returned the car, the return staff insisted it was our fault. The stains looked old and not recent. Since we were in a hurry to catch a flight, we negotiated and ended up paying 160 yuan instead of the 200 yuan they initially demanded. The staff asked for 160 yuan personally to handle the issue, and we didn’t get a receipt. It was a really unfortunate experience.
Like: Parked car in another part of airport car park (not the drop off area) and was still able to go through the drop off procedure. I would rent from again. Dislike: Nothing to do with the rental company, but dropping the car off back to the right place within the airport was a pain. Airport doesn't have enough signs. Ended up using up too much fuel and getting charged since car was no longer showing full tank.
Also I wished they had a base in terminal 3, as travelling to terminal 1 with a lot of luggage and in the heat was very uncomfortable.
