Tracy, the staff at Auckland airport counter, had a very bad attitude. The rental agreement stated that the car rental fee included the airport facility fee, but at pickup, the staff rudely claimed she couldn't read Chinese on the reservation and insisted on charging NZD $51.97 for the airport facility fee. Multiple explanations were still not accepted, and even emailing the rental company didn't help.
Great experience from start to finish.
Car was not as clean as a whistle though, we found a juice bottle (half filled), beer cap and a corn chip inside the car, other than that the whole experience was great.
