They promised someone would meet us at the exit, but no one was there. When picking up the car, the staff knew nothing, not even if the car had an HGS. They didn't speak English, making communication impossible. Eventually, another store's staff had to help us. This is a terrible rental company. Do not be swayed by reviews. Having just returned home, I can confirm they are very bad.
Renting a car was very convenient. The staff was particularly friendly. Due to a system error, my flight information was lost, causing a delay of an hour as I waited at the domestic terminal while they waited at the international terminal in Izmir airport. I was in a rush to catch my flight and forgot to bring it up. There was no return point at the airport. I parked in the lot and agreed to pay the parking fee. They charged me 40 liras, but someone at the airport later said it should be 12 liras.
Rented a renault clio car. Renault clio gave the symbol because there was no vehicle available.If the company does not have a rented car, an upper segment car should have been given. Lower segment gave the car. Meanwhile you want the price difference.
The company did not provide 900 miles. He said he had a 750-mile limit. I am not satisfied with the company. I want a refund.
